What makes a good domain for an LLM startup?

Short, sayable, and hard to confuse. The LLM acronym is already famous; stuffing it into five letters on a technology TLD is one pattern that works.

.ai vs .tech

.ai reads as “this is an AI company.” It is crowded and often expensive. .tech is weaker as a status signal and stronger as a literal “this is technology.” For a joke brand, .tech can help: the buyer immediately knows it is not a clinic.

Acronym brands

Invented five-letter strings only sell when they parse. LLM at the end does that work. The prefix has to mean something — or be a joke people already know.

An example: BBLLM.tech

BBLLM.tech is a short, acronym-driven AI brand combining BBL and LLM. It is five characters, contains LLM, and lives on .tech. The BBL × LLM wordplay is the reason it is memorable. It is currently available for acquisition.
